What are the booth sizes and prices?We offer three vendor options: Standard Booth (10x10 ft) – $700 for 2 days Premium Booth (10x20 ft) – $1,000 for 2 days Food Truck Space – $700 for 2 days 🔌 Electricity is optional for an additional $100 per event.

What documents do vendors need to provide?Depending on your business type, you may need: California Seller’s Permit City of San Jose Business License Santa Clara County Health Permit Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Application Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) listing 365 Night Market, Grand Century Mall, and the City of San Jose as insured Mobile Food Facility Permit (for food trucks) A full list of required documents will be provided upon registration approval.

Can vendors choose their booth location?Booth locations are assigned on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. Once your payment is confirmed, email your location preference to info@365nightmarket.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Does 365 Night Market provide tables, tents, or chairs?No, vendors must bring their own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, and lighting. The booth fee covers space only.
